We start by simply chatting about what’s coming up for you in your daily life.
Sessions are conversational, slowly tracing your current reality back to its roots in conscious and unconscious historical patterns. We draw these connections while uncovering felt experiences from past to present, a process that allows a new sense of wholeness and understanding of yourself.
Modality
I practice a mind-body therapeutic modality that integrates conversation with our embodied self to create healing and change. In addition to verbal analysis, I offer the option of weaving in somatic experiential practices such as visualization, breathing and movement.
We cultivate a supportive space to access, express and regulate your emotions.
The combination of experience, awareness and reflection is a potent and effective process, allowing you to tap into the clarity of your inner compass and make new choices that may have previously seemed out of reach.
I have been in private practice for nine years as a body psychotherapist, trained in NYC in the modality of Core Energetics.
I currently offer in - person sessions in London and East Anglia and virtual sessions internationally. My approach is client-led and emphasizes creativity and pragmatic change.

Sessions are typically held weekly. I offer in - person sessions in London and Stoke by Clare, located on the Suffolk / Essex border.
I practice virtually internationally and hold in - person sessions in NYC on an occasional basis.
